Contact the clinic first

Tell the team your child’s age, the reason for the visit and your preferred appointment time. Ask about the clinician available, fees and any arrangements you need to make before arriving.

Organize your records

If available, bring your child’s health record, vaccination record, a list of medicines and relevant previous test results. You can also write down when a concern started and the questions you want to ask.

Discuss the next steps
